For the last 7+ years I've been the sole technical lead for a $5–10M/yr outbound sales call center — the only person responsible for the CRM, e-commerce, accounting, EDI, and telephony. That means I've had to actually own things end to end: gather the requirements, build it, ship it, and live with the results.

I performed that company's migration from Salesforce and QuickBooks to Zoho CRM and Books — a single, intertwined system that unified their workflows and automated 25+ weekly hours of manual work — rebuilt their storefront as a custom headless Next.js site with 50,000+ products, and built the AI-assisted tools their agents use every day. Then I started doing the same for other businesses — scaling a client's store revenue 5× in under six months, and launching my own SaaS and plugin platform.
